Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed beforehand through Gmail/Twitter/Discord.Personal use is broadly defined by me as being used for non-profit purposes, with the exception being emotes, feel free to use them for your twitch channel and such! However, anything beyond that (eg; using emotes on merch) is prohibited.As a quick reference, here’s what IS personal use:

Basically, anything that you are sellingIf you want to ask for a negotiable commission, (eg; full illustrations) or want to use the commission for commercial use, PLEASE contact me with the details of your commission. I will negotiate a price from there, and I'll direct you to send a tip with the full amount through Ko-fi. I am also willing to negotiate commercial usage rights for previously finished commissions.Turnaround time is at absolute max 3 weeks unless I have things pop up, but if that happens, I’ll announce any possible delays to commissioners, and give them the option to refund.No refunds unless I cannot complete, or I refuse, the commission for whatever reason; I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason. Refunds may be announced as an option in cases where commissions would be delayed beyond turnaround time. I will refund you through Paypal. Generally, if the sketch is completed and there are no forseeable delays, you won't get a refund.Under no circumstances should my work be used for NFT/Blockchain/Crypto projects, or used for training generative AI datasets, IE; LoRAs.
NFTs and such are a scam for loads of reasons, and I don’t want my work being associated or used in NFTs or Blockchain-based projects. AI is outright putting artists out of work. NFTs and generative AI don’t help artists at all and I do not consent to my work being used in this way.No Explicit NSFW/Fetish work.
While I'm fine with more suggestive works nowadays, I still prefer to stay in the safe for work realm of things. So no outright nudity, fetishes, or sexual acts in commissions, please.No hate speech.
I will not create art which promote racism, LGBTphobia, Sexism, Etc.Blood/gore is allowed, but I do have my limits on the latter in excess. If you want to double check if I'm comfortable taking on your commission, feel free to contact me!Full Payment via Ko-fi is generally required before I begin a commission, though if you have any details you want to discuss beforehand, I’m always open to inquiries. Full illustrations/otherwise negotiable commissions are exempt from this for trusted clients, though any finished pieces will be heavily watermarked until payment is received.Don’t claim my art as your own!
If you repost the art yourself somewhere, credit to my Ko-fi is highly appreciated but not required. “Art by KidWhom on Ko-fi” is a good way to credit me.Creating edits with my commissions (eg; pride icons) is totally fine if you’ve purchased them, just be sure to stay within my TOS (no NSFW/hate speech, no for-profit usage, etc.)I'm generally willing to make small edited alts of commissions without additional charges (IE; small lineart/color edits, removed shading) as long as you ask before the sketch phase is completed!For lineart commissions, I will send the sketch to you and once any necessary modifications are made and approved, I will start work on the lineart and coloring. Feel free to ask me about how your commission’s going every once in a while!For sketch commissions, I will send the uncolored sketch, and once you approve the sketch, begin coloring (and shading).Modifications during the sketch phase for lineart commissions are free, but once you agree on the sketch, modifications will be limited to 3 before I start charging you.Modifications for sketch commissions are limited to 3 before I charge you for changes.I may ask to post your commission on my social media.
